1. What does Deskala mean?
Deskala stands for the Art of Design. We are a design centric firm and eat, breathe and live design.
2. What kind of services do you offer?
We are into Design Research, User Experience Design Consulting and Design Workshops. Please refer the Services section on the site for more details.
3. What kind of clients do you work with?
We believe that the inputs of Design can be beneficial to almost anybody. Our clients are software companies, Non-Profit Organizations, Government Organizations, Tech and Non-Tech Startups. Our domain of work has us interacting with people from the IT, Telecommunications, Education, Health, Finances sectors to name a few.
4. Do you work with India clients or Out of India clients or Both?
We are open to taking up work anywhere. We love to travel and are happy to have face to face meeting if that is what it takes to have you convinced.
5. What are your USPs?
We follow a Human Centered approach to Design. So whether its our clients or the users, its about understanding the Human values first. Our strengths lie in Design Research, User Experience Design Consulting and providing you with the best possible path to adopt User Experience at affordable prices.
6. How are your pricing models?
Our pricing differs from project to project, the client and the kind of engagement. We have hourly rates too and , We are pretty much flexible and would try to ensure that we go with what works with you.
7. Where are you based out of?
We are based out of Bangalore and are always traveling across the country, so do drop us in a line if you want us to tell our story to you and explore possible ways of working together.
8. Do you work with other partners / freelancers / individuals ?
We are strong believers in collaboration. We do realize that there are skills that we are not adept with and are always looking out for partners to collaborate on our projects. We are more than happy to hear from you if have an idea that you need our services.
