FULL TIME POSITIONS (Positions to be filled immediately)
1. User Experience Designer (3 Positions) Job Code: UXD
Required Work Experience 0-2 years.
Required Qualification, Skills and Competencies
Formal Education in Human Factors, Human Computer Interaction, or closely related courses is preferred.
Theoretical and practical knowledge of user centered research and design methodologies and techniques.
Proven experience in User Research, Usability Testing/Analysis, Information Architecture, Task Analysis, UI Wireframes creation and Interaction Design.
Proficiency with design tools including Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Illustrator and MS Office Suite.
Strong design aptitude with flair for working in a diverse workplace.
Ability to analyze product, gather user feedback through methodologies like task analysis, usability audit and usability methods.
Drive UX design in product development from research to concept creation/validation to final design.
Designing mock-ups and developing prototypes while integrating feedback from the product teams and end-users.
Developing detailed interaction and visual design specifications and work closely with the development teams to implement them.
Candidate should be willing to travel for on-site project executions for short durations in India and abroad.
Should have a strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail
Strong ability to deliver quality work with aggressive timeliness.
Some experience in working with multidisciplinary team distributed globally across timelines is preferred.
Excellent communication skills (Verbal and Written) is a must.
Proven analytical, problem solving and creative thinking skills.
Able to give and take criticism in the healthy manner.
Having a portfolio is a must (Online or PDF)
2. Design Researcher (1 position) Job Code: DR
Required Work Experience 1-2 years
Required Qualification, Skills and Competencies
Formal Education in Design, Market Research, or closely related courses is preferred.
Good theoretical and practical knowledge of user centered research and design methodologies and techniques.
Practiced core Design Research Methodologies for at least 2 projects.
Knowledge of Excel, apart from design tools like Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Illustrator and Office Suite is preferred.
Strong design aptitude with flair for working in a diverse workplace .
Ability to analyze research data, gather feedback through design research methodologies
Designing mock-ups and developing prototypes while integrating feedback and findings from the research.
Ability to work with different stakeholders and integrate inputs from them into the design.
Candidate should be willing to travel for on-site conducting executions for short durations in India and abroad.
Have the ability to dig through information on the web to provide solid Secondary Research.
Strong ability to deliver quality work with aggressive timeliness.
Experience in working with multidisciplinary team distributed globally.
Excellent communication skills (Verbal and Written) and proven analytical, problem solving and creative thinking skills.
Ability to work well in a dynamic team environment.
