Methodology
At Deskala, we realize that every design solution needs to be thought about from three broad perspectives, namely the business, the technology, and the Users. A total of seven areas can be further defined on expanding them. This approach helps us understand the problem and the problem space in a more cohesive manner, rather than just looking through only one perspective.

Deskala seeks to inject value through research, design and development of products and services to current needs of varying scales and contexts. We specialise in various design and research methods like Ethnographic Research, Contextual Inquiry, User Interviews, Scenario Building and design conceptualization methods like Participatory Design to generate design solutions.

Our aim: Our focus is to understand your needs as a user or as our client and then define the goals with you. We are believers and practitioners of participatory design and engage ourselves and our services in providing clients and the end user appropriate solutions. We base our strength in methods to understand context and then work on tailoring appropriate solutions.
Defining future value (Research, Methods, Analysis)
Our strength: Problems vary and differ, in size and context; Deskala addresses these as opportunities. Our user-centric design research methods seek to bring out such opportunities through thorough field engagement with users and their contexts. Our methods are crafted from academic rigor to meet practical needs. Customised crafting of the method for new insights, understanding and further multi-layered analysis is the key to our design solutions.
